This was the one treat I wanted for my kitchen I love having my other fridge for food and this for drinks!

I bought this fridge back in late Fall of 2015 in a kitchen remodel. Unfortunately, I didn't save the receipt. However, we've spent thousands of dollars on Kitchen Aid items from the fridge, disposal and many many other appliances. I call customer service, explain my fridge is no longer cooling and that unfortunately I can't find the receipt. The refused to honor the 5 year limited warranty because it was longer than the manufacture date. Three customer services reps explained that if I was only 1 or 2 months out of service, they could honor the 5 year warranty. However, since I'm 6 months out of warranty, they can not!??!! How much sense does that make? Not to mention they put me on hold for over an hour before I could be transferred to a customer service relations team member. Horrible customer service. The little things like honoring a warranty without a receipt is what sets companies apart. I will never buy another Kitchen Aid item. 5 years and this fridge will fall apart.

We just did a kitchen remodel and this was one of our extra buys! I have always wanted a wine fridge and I am happy I purchased this one. It has a dual temp zone which is great. We can also keep our hors d'oeuvres in here when hosting a party!
