this product has an ice build up problem. it happened to me and my friend who has the same one. the repairman that came to look at theirs told them they have to much food in the refrigerator and that caused it. well we do not keep a lot of food in ours and had the same issue. we had to spend all day fixing it with a blow dyer.

waited 15 years to buy new appliances. samsung appliances are pretty to look at and have some great features; however read the fine print. for instance screen mirroring does not work with all samsung tvs. products took a long time to arrive. and now four months into owning it the refrigerator, it has stopped working. screen sharing and cooling functions no longer work. had to wait for a samsung repair man and now have to wait even longer for parts to arrive. parts will only be shipped standard and therefore have to wait for shipping. repair man blames samsung and samsung blames repair man. poor customer service experience all the way around. family had previous experience like this and ignored the warning. lesson learned

this is a nice well built fridge and looks really nice. there are tons of storage space, energy efficient and the built in tablet is useful. what i dont like are the ice dispenser is messy, there are flakes of crushed ice flying everywhere when you want ice cubes, the shelves are not fully customizable, only a couple of them are. the flex zone can only fit a standard cola can standing up, opther than that, you would have to have your drinks lying down. the metal cooling at the back of the fridge is curved so it also affect what you can store there. the left door contains the dispenser so you are limited to only few items you can place there and its size. for its price, i would expect more functionality, flexibility and customization from this fridge
