We remodeled our kitchen this March and knew all the features we did and didnt want our new range to have and this was the perfect choice. The look is like a professional kitchen. Clean up is a breeze. Function is top of the line for me.

ok features. uneven baking performance

Bought 4+ years ago for new kitchen. Looks good and stove top features work well. Easy to clean. The oven temp controls are poor. When indicates reaching set temp the actual temp is off by 100-150 degrees vs. multiple thermostats. The oven itself is huge but the front and back of the oven are at different temps. You have to rotate your pots/ pans et. from back to front to get an even result. When baking bread I preheat to 500 degrees to achieve ambient oven temp of 450. Ongoing baking temp is much lower than indicated on the thermostat.

I brought this about a year ago during a kitchen remodel. Love the five burners and the middle grill. Have had some issue with the self clean as the contractor that installed failed to advise me about the piece required to use the self clean. I initially threw the piece away as did not know what it was for. The replacement part delivered is awkwardly fitting. the only other real problem is replacing the oven light. It is stuck and can not be removed as the glass protection can not be unscrewed. I have not had a light in the oven for several months. An appliance repairman advised the surrounding metal encasement has swelled up and it can not be unscrewed. I am afraid as well as the repairman was nervous about using a large wrench to unscrew the glass for fear of breaking without a replacement glass. Thus I have had no light for several months. Wish I could get this repaired. Otherwise love the oven the simmer burner is great for thing that simply need to simmer and the Ultra burner is just that.

Oven door issue

Bought it in 2020.worked fine u til last month. Every time I would have the oven on the Oven door would start to beep and say the door is open when it was closed. So every time I bake it make anything in the oven I have to stand by it to keep the oven door pushed in so it doesnt beep. Its very annoying And even more so that customer service is no help. The technician are even worse

I have loved my oven since it was purchased then one day stopped.Customer service was ok . Service man apparently only one in my area was not very good.Needless to say I wont be using it till it is fixed correctly. 3 weeks no oven .
