The oven was delivered brand new yesterday. However, the oven is inoperable. There is only an error code that displays when trying to preheat the oven. I’ve been on the phone with Samsung about the brand new inoperable oven now around 12 or 13 times & have gotten nowhere. If you want a broken product then certainly buy this oven!

i bought this range in late 2019. by january of 2020 i already had a problem. oven wouldn't self clean. repaired under warranty. within a few months the the display started acting up. buttons wouldn't respond when using the cooktop. good thing i bought the extended warranty. again had to be replaced. a few months later the oven ignitor broke and had to be replaced. a few months after that both the display and the ignitor broke again. both replaced under extended warranty. it is now october 2021 and the display is acting up. i have contacted samsung and tried to complain about the poor quality and they were anything but helpful. i emailed all of my work orders and receipts to them and never heard a word from them. poorly designed range. do not even consider buying this product.

1 month past 1year warranty, i self cleaned for the first time. the paint on the bottom deck inside oven split and cracked. when i called samsung i pulled the oven out to get the serial number. when pushing back to the wall, the top door fell off! this is 13 months after purchase! upon looking at the broken door, i realized that the self clean somehow managed to actually melt the knobs. so, 1 month past warranty i have chipped/broken paint, a door thats hanging by a thread, and melted knobs. i regret everything about this range. everything.

We've had this oven for about 5 months now. It was converted to propane since we do not have a natural gas line (the conversion fittings came included). I love the dual oven feature. It's perfect for cooking two things at once, not having to heat up the entire oven, and showing off the upper-only half oven door to my friends. Also, the quiet-shut door is great! No more accidentally slamming to door shut (does not work on the upper-only half door). There's convection fans for both areas. You can take out the divider and have one large oven again. We've used the "dehydrator" and bread proofing features frequently! My only complaint/concern is that you need to be careful of what is put in the "top oven". Since the flame is above the food it can burn easily. Although, tenting it with foil may help. If you're really afraid of something burning use the bottom oven since the flame is below. If you have a Samsung TV connected to a smart home, the oven will display a banner at the top of your TV when your food is ready. This only works when you use the "cook timer" not the regular timer.

purchased 11/2017 have had many issues when i tried to list i was told that i had more than 800 words which was wrong i counted them. i had 542 words. the knobs that control the burners are plastic they all fell off just 16 months after i bought the range and they were not covered by warranty. five knobs @$50.00 ea is $250.00 very poor quality. very poor quality. now baked bread or rolls in the front the bottoms burn. just another issue with this range
